Delete your account

The fast way, in the app

Open Thruster → Me → Delete my account. It happens immediately: your profile, workouts, strength sets, personal records, programs, bodyweight entries and coach history are all removed by cascade. Nothing is retained and nothing is recoverable.

Without the app

Email info@thruster.cloud from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask you to confirm from that address — that check is the only thing standing between your training log and anyone who knows your email.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account: profile and display name, every logged workout and result, every strength set and personal record, programs, bodyweight and composition entries, box memberships, and your AI coach history.

What is not

Your subscription. We cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription on your behalf — cancel it in your store first, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.

Aggregate, non-identifying usage counts that were already recorded (for example "a timer was started") remain, because they are not linked back to you once the account is gone.
