Terms of use
Effective 19 September 2026 · Contact: info@thruster.cloud
The short version
- Thruster writes training suggestions. It is not a coach watching you, and it is not medical advice.
- You decide what you actually lift and whether to do a session at all.
- Train within what you can do today. If something hurts, stop.
Who this agreement is with
Thruster is operated by Yuval Dror. Using the app means accepting these terms. Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and those stores' own terms govern payment, renewal and refunds.
What Thruster is
A training app: a timer, a logbook, goals, and features that use artificial intelligence to write sessions, write warm-ups, plan weeks, read a whiteboard photograph and comment on technique from a video you record.
Everything the AI produces is a suggestion generated from what you have logged and what you have told it. It is generated automatically, it can be wrong, and it has never seen you move. It does not know your injuries, how you slept, what your coach told you, or what the bar felt like this morning. Treat every session, load and correction as a starting point to judge for yourself — not an instruction.
Assumption of risk
Thruster is not a personal trainer and does not supervise your training. Whether you follow a session, a warm-up, a plan or a technique correction is your decision, and following it is entirely at your own risk. Physical training carries an inherent risk of injury, and you accept that risk when you train.
Not medical advice
Thruster is a fitness product, not a medical device and not a healthcare service. Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats or prevents anything, and no part of it — including form check and any training-load figure — is medical advice. Using Thruster does not create a doctor–patient or trainer–client relationship.
Exercise carries risk of injury. Speak to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or have a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition. If something hurts, stop and see a professional who can examine you in person.
What you are responsible for
- Deciding whether a session is right for you today, and what load to use.
- Training with technique and equipment you can handle safely.
- Keeping your account details to yourself, and the accuracy of what you log.
- Using Thruster for your own training — not reselling it or passing its output off as professional coaching.
Limitation of liability
Thruster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that its suggestions are accurate, suitable for you, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of Thruster, from any training you do as a result of it, or from any inability to use it — and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Consumers keep every statutory right their country gives them; where local law gives you more protection than these terms, that law wins.
